Python용 lib/ 무시 규칙이 wwwroot/lib 까지 잡아 vendoring 라이브러리가
미추적이던 문제 수정. clone 시 마크다운 렌더 등이 동작하도록 추적 전환.

- 신규: marked, dompurify, highlight.js(+테마), katex(js/css/auto-render+woff2 20),
  mermaid (문서 탐색기 의존)
- 기존 누락분 동반 추적: uPlot.iife.min.js, uPlot.min.css
- .gitignore: !src/Web/wwwroot/lib/ 예외 추가
